DESCRIPTION:Come on over to the General Store to celebrate two years of art and craft making thanks to the Oregon Community Foundation Creative Heights grant. If you were a participant in any of the classes\, bring your creations. If you did not attend a class\, bring your curiosity and enthusiasm for seeing what was made when 21 artists came to town. If you are one of the instructors\, we appreciate you beyond words and your presence is welcomed and still felt long after your class ended. Light appetizers will be served as well as a big dollop of camaraderie.

DESCRIPTION:Join Mary Tapogna as she teaches us the art of mosaics. Start collecting broken ceramics and china or visit a second hand shop to find colorful plates\, mugs and bowls that can be repurposed into art. Participants can choose to either make one personal item or work on a public art piece. \nThis is a three day class: \nWednesday\, May 1   4-6pm \nThursday\, May 2      4-6pm \nFriday\, May 3           9am-12pm \nClass size is limited so sign up early. \nGenerously funded by Oregon Community Foundation’s Creative Heights Grant.
