Gentle Yoga & Sound Bath

Join us in an afternoon of stress reducing gentle yoga and the remarkable effects of a sound bath. Brynn Opsahl will be leading us with slow stretches to ease pain and reduce strain, followed by a joint small tea ceremony with Brianna Sas, a doctor of East Asian medicine and a lifelong student of daoist philosophy and healing arts, who will give us the experience of a sound bath. Brianna finds inspiration in the subtle but profound workings of nature and explores how our bodies are innate reflections of the earth itself. Her deepest purpose in life is to weave slow medicine practices through movement, meditation, tea and sound as a way to offer deep rest and nourishment to the collective.
